UnitedHealthOne formerly United Health/Golden Rule has an HSA plan that is affordable and tough to beat. They administrate what I like to call the 'cash side' or the HSA which is short for health savings account.

Beside the HSA they have a "Plan 100" which is very popular. As implied by the name, once the deductible is meet you are on 100% healthcare as there is no coinsurance on this plan.

The Copay Select is a comprehensive plan with copays for doctor visits and prescription drugs. FACT membership includes dental and vision discounts.
